What do each of the Conversation Categories mean?

We’ve created new Conversation Categories to help you stay organized and prioritize your conversations! Statflo will automatically sort your conversations into the categories below depending on their status.

Here is what each of these Categories mean:

  • TO ANSWER - Conversations under this category are active and pending your response so they are the most urgent.
  • TO CONTACT - Contacts that have been assigned to you for outreach are under this category. These are contacts that you have not yet started a conversation with.
  • OPEN - This category has the same functionality as the "Sent" folder in your email. These are active conversations that are you expecting responses from.
  • CLOSED - Any conversations you manually mark as "Closed" are under this category. This means you do not expect any further responses from the contact or the contact is not applicable to the campaign. Refer to this article for situations where you should mark a conversation as "Closed".
  • OPT-OUT - Contacts who have indicated that they no longer want to be contacted are moved under this category. When you manually mark a contact as opted-out for any or all channels, the contact will move under this category.

Note that when you select either Closed or Opt-out, they will become the third option in the line-up. You can replace it by going back to Others and selecting another category.
